*GO SOMEWHERE ELSE* Terrible customer service. The store manager repeatedly failed to admit the fact that they gave me a defective lens. After pleading with him to take a better look, he began a 30 second long laughing session directed right at my face (and the man should feel lucky I didn't direct my boot at his). I'm not sure who is in charge of promotion at the Tuscaloosa location, but I am sure that the manager's name is Marcus and the service quality he provides is pi$$ poor... At best. The worst $350 I've ever spent.
The University Mall location in Tuacaloosa, AL has horrible customer service. And I quote per the manager on duty " could you not afford these glasses or could you really not see out of them". I have never been so insulted in my life. They have a long wait and no one even greets you when you walk through the door. However,when they finally get around to helping you they are nice when you are making a purchase, but super rude if your not satisfied with the product.
