Have been a patient at Lenscrafters for around 30 years - paying out of pocket when they were not included in my insurance plan. Over the weekend i had a problem with my right eye and ended up in the ER. The ER doctor told me it was imperative that i see an eye doctor within 1 or 2 days (this was on a Sunday). On Monday i called and told the associate the whole story - she says ummmm i can get you in on the 22nd - another week and a half! This place takes walk ins and you can't get a patient that has been with you forever in... read more
Every year I come here, I end up waiting at least 30 minutes for the doctor when I am the first scheduled appointment. It's aggravating!
Great appointment w Dr Atkins and the staff at LensCrafters were so helpful when I picked out my frames. Amanda was wonderful helping me decide on what style and was so friendly and quick w the process I had my glasses 2 hours after the eye exam! Excellent customer service!
Love my new Sunglasses!!!!!!! And the employees on both Lens Crafter's and Dr Atkins office were all amazing
Had a routine eye exam, a "freckle" was found on the back of my eye (new to me!) I told the optometrist that i didnt have it in the budget for the day for $ for pictures of the back of my eye. She was nice and said that they could just bill me after i asked. After leaving i made an appt to see an Opthamologist to follow up on this. I called Lenscrafters back to get a copy of the picture or have it sent to the other office. They said they could.. then the next day i get a phone call saying i have to pay the $40 first.
