They rip off the customers. Cheap product and too many complaints from others as well I’m hearing.

I was in from out of town and you gave me and my son amazing service and the best eye exam my son has ever gotten. He’s 9 and he never would keep his glasses on. He’s done a full turn and wears his new pair that you guys made in a little over an hour all day every day! He says life is finally HD ;) Thank you for the wonderful service.
Terrible service. We had appts this past Monday arrived early to select glasses Had eye appts. at 6 and 620. After that we waited and waited. Finally at 730 pm we walked out No one was helping us. We have appts. and they are helping the walk ins first. Even though our frames were already picked out. They lost business that night and we will not be back !!
Yesterday, November 14th, 2018. my three year old daughter broke my glasses. I struggle to see without them so I was frantic. I used to go to Target Optical but the doctor there recently passed on so I had few options I chose Lens Crafters and I couldn't be happier the doctor was knowledgeable the equipment was up to date and I have to speak volumes about the ladies up front they were absolutely wonderful. my daughter was being a typical three year old and they were so patient and loving towards both her and I thank you for ... read more
