We had an appt for my son at 9:30am. Got a text message reminder and confirmed. Went to the appointment and after sitting and waiting for about 10 minutes they told me he doesn’t have an appointment. I showed her the text and she said those came from corporate and we need to call the actual store to confirm appointments. WHAT?! The woman wasn’t helpful and omg its extremely high I left when she told me 538 after insurance paid and went to America’s best got the same thing for 155
Had an 10:00 appointment and just finished with eye doctor its 11:30 now. Was way to long for a place that was empty.
