I came home from two weeks of travel to find a voice mail tellling me that my appointment the following day would require me to pay in full because their office manager was on vacation for a week and they wouldn't be able to verify any insurance. I was just in the store (around 12:30 on November 24th) and was helped by a man who said he was from New York. He was so extremely helpful and so nice that I had to leave this review! Please make sure your employees are this awesome. I will definitely be coming back because of the awesome customer service I received! Thank you!!!
