wanted to charge me over 300 with insurance. went elsewhere for 65$
Went there to have my frames adjusted, and they ended up scratching my lenses. The salesperson tried to blame it on me. After talking to the manager, they did order new lenses for me, but when they put them in, one was cracked. They didn’t say anything and waited for me to notice. When they went to reorder them a SECOND time, I caught them up trying to order a cheaper lens than what I’d originally paid for!! Shady for sure... once they get it right and I have my lenses, I’ll be finding a different place to go.
Know your insurance deductibles and copays. Sales guy tried to add lots of extras on and overcharge for everything. Thankfully I was educated about my vision insurance before I went or I would have been scammed! I would save my time money and sanity and go elsewhere!
I wish I could give this place a negative 1. It's horrible. Most unfriendly employees ever.
