I have called twice in the past 5 days to receive my prescription and both times when I called this LensCrafters they have told me they have my email and they would email me the information within the day. I have not received any email and now will be taking my business somewhere else.
Receptionist that booked my appt was attitudy. After making the appt she just hung up. I even said thank you.
