When I purchased my contacts they didn't tell me I only have 90 days to return them. My prescription has changed and I called them to see if I could exchange them and they said yes as long as the boxes aren't opened. I went in and they informed me of the 90 day return policy and now say they can't do anything for me. :/
Great Doctor to examine/check eyes. Service for lens was outstanding. Our guy went to the "back" for frames for each of us that we like. Dark glasses, Polaroid, for driving, made up completely in two hours. Very happy, satisfied.
This store and the people I worked with are the BEST! I had eye surgery in September for a dislocated lens sack and had Lenscrafters build me a temporary lens to give me some vision as I only have one eye. As I progressed one step forward then two steps backwards (had suture problems) your people stayed right with me. I am now on my next to the last lens and just wanted to say how much I appreciated their fine work and concern for my situation.
