I purchased a pair of glasses @ LensCrafters two months ago, my biggest concern was I could not read anything? I contacted LensCrafters & explained the situation. I then had a second eye exam after doing so the first exam was put on my PX was wrong . That's where I met Devon , I can't say enough of her patience , compassion as well as her customer service.
