I have called there 4 times in last two days and got to talk to an agent once, then he put me on hold. All 4 times waited on hold for over 5 minutes until I finally hung up. Poor service on phones - just needed to order replacement lens would have been easy money
I would never recommend this store or the employees here. I have a pair of glasses I initially bought at the end of June and picked up in the middle of July could not see out of them and wanted a refund to be able to go to a real specialist and get an eye exam where I feel it would have been more thorough. Three eye exams later and I still cannot see out of the glasses and the technicians make it seem like it’s all my fault. RecommendedThe ladies were so helpful in helping me find a frames but I changed my mind and they were still so nice even when reversing my purchase. I have a previous pair of glasses from them and they’ve lasted me 5 years! Great quality!
I had my first ever eye exam here yesterday. It was right on time and no problems or issues. I then got to pick out some glasses with Jessica, who was very helpful and very pretty also. Just waiting for her to call that my glasses are in.
