So I booked on Dec 30th for a Feb 5th appointment and they call me randomly tonight to say they’re double booked. If there was an issue, if should have been addressed on Dec 30th. Obviously eye care isn’t of their concern. No thanks. Avoid like the plague.
I needed glasses quick. I got fitted for lenses & got them back within an hour. Great customer service!
