RecommendedI just want to say how pleased I ALWAYS am with the Lenscrafters employees! Having 2 teen sons, they do not always give me much warning when they are out of contacts. Lenscrafters always does everything possible to accommodate our needs! I also bring my dad in frequently to have his glasses adjusted. He was recently diagnosed with a form of dementia and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful with him and his questions and stories! Will never take my kids anywhere else for their vision needs!
RecommendedBeen a LensCrafters customer for over 30 years, always been satisfied in multiple states, met with Amber today in the Moline Illinois location, she was great to work with, look forward with a continued relationship in the future, thanks for the many years that you have taken care of my eye sight
20 years of dealing with this place and they wouldnt help me out in an emergency while I'm hours from home. I'll just spend the next 10 hours not being able to use one eye while working and driving. repeating that my prescription is expired 10 times isn't really customer service.
