I made a appointment for me and my husband to have eye exams on the same day. on June 4th we went to our appointment only to be told my husband had one that day but mine was June 10th. We live in Angola I would not have made a appointment for to different days. So anyway I went on June 10th to my appointment only to be told they closed the office until June 22nd. Worst experience I’ve had at this location. Very unprofessional not kid friendly and very rude !!!! Further more can’t give the proper prescription for a eye exam for my kids. I would recommend if you do get a Prescription from this place take it somewhere else that knows what there doing !!!!!! To get the proper eye lenses for your child !!!!!! Paid for exams that weren’t even right had to drive across town to Optical lounge to be told that it was wrong !!!!! Wasted time wasted money !!!!!
Corporate policy does not allow them to take care of their customers. They could not get me replacement frames under warranty because they can not switch between stores. So now I have to drive 3 hours without my glasses to get them replaced.
Can get extremely busy at times but they are very nice and care about your experience! Helpful in offering the right add-ons for you and your prescription.
Wait is super long just to get fitted for glasses can’t imagine if my daughter needed to get her prescription done there too!! Hours and hours of waiting with a four year old. FUN! Definitely, go somewhere else if you don’t need your glasses done fast. Horrible
