Thank you LensCrafters for replacing my frames for free today after they broke from an adjustment yesterday. I appreciate LensCrafters, they stand behind their product. I have used them for many years and don’t plan to go anywhere else.
My husband ordered glasses and they took longer than expected, we picked them up and they were scratched and the right lens was super loose it rattled, they didn't give him his extra nose pieces and when I called to let them know the girl gave me attitude...this was the 1st time we've used them and it will be the last.
Horrible customer service, lost a family of customers for life today. My only regret is that I can't rate LensCrafters as a ZERO STAR EXPERIENCE.
