Have expensive Prada sunglasses - they did nothing. Needed a simple nose pad that costs $.05, they said send to their repair shop, probably $40.00. Took to Lenscrafters, they had the correct one - charged me $.00. Felt bad but they would not accept $$ for this repair. Best customer service ever.

the just reopened a week or 2 ago. they are understaffed but courteous and polite, they r probably gonna shut down again soon. everything smelled like santizer. 👍

Super fast Service, large selection and got my new glasses in about an hour..
Worked here for 2 days a week, 4 hour shifts for about 3 months, learned everything, single vision, bifocals, progressive, I know Amanda, Lani (GM) who hired me, thanks for that btw, Sar, Erik, Sam, Anais, TWO Ashleys lol, Hispanic and Asian, Luna, and my apologies to whoever I miss, it's 2 am, going to see what's up with that baby that was in the belly when I left.
