Unlike when I orginally came in January the rep was knowledgeable of what had happened then. My glasses were supposed to be bi-focal/reading and the orginal order got screwed up even when I came back the first time to have it corrected and I the Causian women took measurments etc and told me I could pay when I came and pick up the lenses. She was supposed to call me back when they came in NEVER DID! I called on 3/22/2023 spoke with Adrian and he got right on it today!
