Nicole was such a great help she was patient and friendly I always have a great experience at this lens crafters but this time was over the top
Angie was the absolute best and helped our family in an emergency situation 1.2k miles from home! She helped us replace my husband's glasses in an hour after losing them in the ocean and showed us so much kindness that we are forever grateful for her!! 10 stars the whole staff was great! I had such a wonderful experience at LensCrafters at the Edison Mall- Fort Myers and I want to recognize Susan for her outstanding customer service. I walked in to see if they could fix my glasses that broke. Gabby and Nicole helped me immediately and were so nice! They fixed my glasses so quickly it was amazing and they wouldn’t charge me either.. Great customer service! I highly recommend!!
