Customer Service was amazing. I got my glasses fixed. The frame was off by a little bit and she made sure that it was firmly placed friendly staff clean environment pleasant people Got it and then. Thanks to Lauryc and Lesly!
My dad came in to pick up his glasses and they said they don’t know where it is. it’s lost. we’ve been waiting for over an hour and still nothing. when my dad proceeded to ask the lady if she’s found his glasses she was rude and ignorant telling him to wait in a horrible manner and told him that LATER when she isn’t busy she’ll go ahead and look for it. we are still here after an hour and still no one has come over to notify us about the glasses or anything. this is ridiculous.
This was such a great experience having an eye exam and purchasing new glasses. This place was great and the staff the best!
The optometrist is very thorough and pleasant. This is why we have been back the last three years. The experience at the check in desk was professional and fast. Highly recommend!
The eyeglasses I purchased from Oakley were delivered with a noticeable distortion. After a three-week repair process, I was unfortunately left with a completely new frame. Despite the manager’s prompt attention to this issue, I am only able to rate their service four stars due to the extended wait time.
