I came in on Friday to buy glasses and they set aside a pair of Tiffany frames for me. I forgot my prescription, so I came back today to finish the purchase. No one helped me when I arrived, and when someone finally did, they could not find the frames that had already been set aside. The person who ended up helping me was very curt and barely explained what happened or offered a solution. I left without the glasses and with the feeling that my order did not matter. Today’s service was disappointing.
Called about getting my Rx placed in my Meta glasses. Customer service over the phone was not a great experience. The first time I called I was disconnected from the line. Called back and spoke with a different person that basically sounded like I was bothering her by calling. I’ve been to this location a few times in the past and actually filled Rx’s there with a great experience. Today was not a great experience. I know I can’t expect much from any store in the Edison Mall but I’m really disappointed in the lack of communication after I spent $500 on a pair of glasses. When I went in and placed my order on the 10th, they said they removed my old phone number and added my new one, I then received a text on the new number. They told me it would take about a week and a half for the glasses to come in.
