RecommendedSuper-excited that they were available (and willing) to fill request for bifocal with transition lenses to purchased Echo Frames (uses Alexa app). These technology frames require special mounting and I didn't want to send them off. In at 11 am, and glasses on face by 2 pm same day. Friendly and professional staff. Will be back!
With the COVID-19 crisis, most labs are closed. It’s taking a month+ to get glasses made. I went to LensCrafters and I was D O N E, taken care of, and capable of seeing again in 15 minutes! They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. So so thankful for them!
I order some sun glasses on 2-17-19 and it’s 3-5-19 and i still don’t have any glasses. They were in back order but because their internet was down they claim they had no one of knowing about my glasses being on back order or to give me a call. Poor customer service. How do my lens get back before my frames and then i get a call for me to bring in my lenses which I’m still waiting for. Before that call was made they should have looked at my records to know that i had to order my glasses. Thank you
