6/6/19 was my first visit to LensCrafters and it was the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had!!! The office staff was very professional. I saw Dr K. who took his time and answered all my questions! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ All the way!

Bought my glasses almost a year ago, bought the $34.99 protection plan. I was told 100% replacement within a year. Break them, they replace it, scratch them, they replace the lenses. Returned today to get new lenses and they ask for $25. Absolute BS, shady sale practices. They will not get my business again!

"There's nothing wrong with this lens. You will eventually get used to having to turn your head and directly face what you want to focus on," the lady at LensCrafters actually said, about the dead spot on my lens, after holding my glasses up the light and squinting. I put on my old pair, which somehow do allow me to focus on things without extreme head movement, and asked for my money back, saying I'd try somewhere else. "Good luck with that!", she said, smirking.
