Terrible customer service!!! I was at Lens Crafters awhile back. It was not a busy place the day I went there. Only 1 or 2 customers and quite a few sales clerk. Not one representative acknowledge me while I was waiting to have my nose pads replaced. I waited approximately a good 15 minutes or more until a representative notice me. It took a representative another 15 minutes or more to assist me. Lens Crafters needs to improve their customer service area. 🤬👎
Terrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes to be helped. Was told 4 times they "will be with you in a minute". Thought I was being helped when she then stated, "I'll be right back". Then went to help someone who just walked in. Spent $700 at Stanton Optical, sales person greeted me at the door! NEVER TO RETURN TO LENS CRAFTERS!
If your looking for a place to get glasses you better think again! a fiasco is what im saying and the blonde w/glasses is rude although the dr was nice . I feel like I got the shaft I will never go there again . Never been so mad before REALLY DISSATISFIED I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 *
Made this as painless as a $400 transaction could be. Told us my son's glasses would be done in about 1-1 1/2 hours. I got a text that they were done in 50 minutes!
Worst customer experience ever. They are super rude. I'm taking my prescription to sears. I convinced my friend to take her business else where. Lens crafters in webers town mall in Stockton never coming back here
