I ordered glasses there they used my benefits through eyemed I have no glasses and they won't call me or contact me or anything I got one email saying that they were trying to get the glasses to me through the mail and that was a month ago I can't see my glasses were ordered on March 14th in the store in Lancaster PA
Worst company ever no customer service at all
After a minor hiccup with my prescription, they corrected the issue in a timely manner, the optometrist office connected to them were extremely helpful in correcting this issue as well! Thank you Becky @ Dr. Broaddus and Associates!
