I have now been waiting for 6 weeks for my wife's and my glasses order. I have submitted the same requested information multiple times via email, phone, and surveymonky (???) There has been zero communication with me except canned responses and insistence to be patient. They have no intention of delivering the glasses. There is no way to get a refund. Stat far away from Lenscrafters.
I have been told so many things about when my classes will be in and what their status is by everyone. It’s unbelievable that I can’t get a straight answer. Spent over $200 for crap customer service and to be jerked around on my order . If I would’ve know this place was this crappy I would’ve taken my money elsewhere.
