Average experience. The Doctor was kind and knowledgable. The front desk for check-in was fine. During check-out I paid $5 and received a call later stating I still owed a balance. Why would you let your patient leave and then file with insurance? Very inconvenient to have left and have to return. When I expressed my frustration on having to return and my concern as to why my insurance wasn't billed prior to me leaving so I could pay the correct amount before I left, Sabrina was extremely rude and accommodating. I did not ev... read more

I had a glasses emergency this past weekend and drove from Noblesville to this store because they had a lab onsite. The entire staff were so kind and accommodating. The prices were very reasonable, and I was told my glasses would be ready in an hour, and they were done in 20 minutes. Thank you so much!

Spent $700 on glasses after eight months they had small spider cracks all over them. When I asked for a replacement they told me I should’ve paid for more expensive lenses and I didn’t clean them right. I am informed them that I they cost $700 and I used their cleaning solution and soft cloths and they told me there’s nothing they can do. Don’t waste your money . Over priced cheap quality and nonsupport if issues arise.

Paid almost 300.00 for a pair of sunglasses, not even two years old and the lens have started to blister. Greenwood IN.manager was so rude to us and told me those were just scratches and threw them down at me. Took them in again because they were getting worse. They all agreed the lens were blistering but said that was normal!! They said polarized glasses only last a couple of years. Funny, I have a pair from JCPenney that are 11years old and are like new! Will never set foot in that place again. Worst ripoff I've ever encou... read more
