Poor customer service, possibly due to understaffing. Waited 3 wks for glasses and sunglasses (556.00) and still no product. Told my order was “due to be shipped to Oxmoor store” , then to be shipped to me, another 2 wks. Will NOT be doing business there ever again, there are lots of competitors!!
I used to go to the shop in summit plaza,but cane to the one in Oxmoor this time assuming it would be similar experience,but it turnes out to be the worst experience ever.First I got a lens with wrong prescription in it , when I tried I immediately said therebis something wrong with it,the sakes associate tried to convince me that its correct ,will just take time for me to adjust,I insisted on getting it rechecked and it indeed was wrong😖. Wow today I was racially profiled in Lens Crafters by a lady named Betty at oxmoor mall accused of stealing some glasses, she came out the store and put her hands in my pocket after not finding anything she laughed about it
I bought glasses and frames one year nine months ago. With it I bought the protection plan. One year later the frame develops a crack where the arm meets the eye piece. They replaced the frames as per the protection plan however I was unable to get any sort of new protection plan for the new frames because I was not buying new lenses as well. RecommendedPersonal service was friendly and efficient. Genuine interest by staff in my service experience. Long time Customer satisfied again.
Overpriced and service is terrible! I priced a 6 month supply of contacts and had to pay before the order got submitted. Waited almost 3 weeks, so I go into the store and my order never got placed. They made sure to charge me though. Take your business elsewhere
I was quoted a price of around $465 for a pair of new glasses tonight but then the manager said I couldn’t use the 50% off coupon so it brought them up to over $750!! The young man that waited on my was helpless because the manager (Laura) wouldn’t honor his price. I will never go back to this “bait and switch” place again!!
The employees that helped me were wonderful. They could have used more helped in my opinion on the managerial side.
Great staff, great selection, everything was great.
