Big rip off. I have insurance that offers lenses with a $20 co-pay. The gal helping me (don't recall her name, young, heavy make-up, long hair and overweight) flat-out lied to my face. I asked if I can just get the lenses for $20 co-pay she said no, we don't have them. Come on honey, my mother worked as an optician, I know the drill. The Coach sunglasses I wanted to buy I left behind and did not purchase. This place is the rudest and most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with in my life. Absolutely the most miserable and lazy staff I have ever dealt with.
