Buyer Beware ..I spent about $800 on some Ray-Ban glasses with transition anti-glare lenses. the anti-glare smears and smudges. due to coronavirus and the life circumstances, I was unable to return to this location until now despite calling twice to inform them of my issue earlier in the year. today when I got in, I was told the only way to help was for me to buy them again. no deal, no special arrangement...not 1 "sorry". someone like a manager stood beside the person up front, said nothing, made no eye contact. all I got w... read more
RecommendedLoved my experience. Decided to get contacts after not wearing them for about 10 years. Everyone was very supportive!
Today I went in because my sons friend who doesn't have much had his glasses broken by a kid at school .....they fixed his glasses and gave him a new case free of charge!
Dr Jesse Lee is amazing!! Performing more than others!! Thought I had a problem but she reassured me it was normal!! Thank you!!
