We live an hour away, so I didn’t want to get to the store the next morning to find they don’t have the frames we needed when we needed replacements in an urgent fashion. I called five minutes before closing (yes, I was THAT person). Dina calmed me down, found the frames, and assured me they’d be able to help me quickly if I got there right at opening. Promise fulfilled!! Thank you, Dina! You’re the type of associate that keeps me coming back.
We will never go anywhere else! After a huge mix up (waiting almost 3 months) with my husband glasses and being Oakley's fault.. Lens Crafters still made it more than right with us!! Very appreciative of how Deena (sp?) and Jordan took care of us and our unique situation! If you want to be treated like "YOU" are someone special to a business, you have to go here!
