What a joke I didn't like my glasses and returned them I didn't pay attention to the amount and after checking my bank statement I realized they did not give me back my full refund. They also failed to call me when my glasses were at the store. I have worked with Olga through my complaints in getting the glasses and she has lied multiple times about policies.
My partner has been waiting well over a month for his safety glasses. The first set came back with the wrong prescription. The second set came in clear instead of a sunglass tint. 10 days after the third set was ordered they still aren't in house. What will be their excuse this time?
