Never go here if you are really in need of glasses any time soon. I ordered glasses from here nearly one and a half months ago and they still haven’t come in. Apparently the frames are there but not the lenses. I have called twice this week and no one ever reached back out. For what you pay for glasses, this is ridiculous. I returned my glasses on August 29, 2019 and today is September 17 and I am still waiting on my refund to hit my account. No one seems to be able to figure it out and I am continuously blown off and this is very annoying. This is a $463 refund and I can not get any answers or help. Excuses and no one seems to get to bottom of it. Will never do business there again and will spread the word. Vision Works is so much better - do yourself and favor and avoid Lens Crafters in Belsen Village.
RecommendedGreat experience, again!!! They are all very kind and sweet and set me up with an appointment on a Saturday only about 1.5 hours in advance. I'm very busy so that alone was very helpful. Then, when I arrived, they moved me through all stages of the exam very quickly and the Optometrist was very nice and answered all of my questions well. My glasses took a week to be made. So, when I finally get to try them on, they completely missed the mark in the manufacturing - they lenses were “twisted” on the nose bridge. So, now they have to be re-ordered. Is there no Quality Assurance program at your factory? Also, the employee who was fitting me didn’t even apologize for the defect. I love the optometrists at this location and will remain with them! The LensCrafters at this location does not have their on sight lab. One has to wait ten days or more for just lenses. There is no advantage to buying your glasses with them and their higher costs. I did not mind paying more for their glasses because I was also paying for their quick service. LensCrafters need to lower their prices because they do not have anything special to offer.
What started off as a rocky experience, turned out awesome. The manager that was visiting from a West Virginia store was just amazing, and saved the relationship. I will be back. Thank you LensCrafters. I wish I had her name, but that manager deserves kudos!
Didn't have a great experience at first but I told them what was wrong and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a better experience and was satisfied. I would highly recommend them.
I couldn't believe how quickly I was able to get new glasses. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!! I will be going there from now on! Prices are reasonable!!! Thank you lens crafters!
