Being in customer service, I try to not speak to the bad of an issue, but with my recent experience at Lenscrafters, this needs to be shared far and wide.. I am very disappointed in Lenscrafters; specifically the Central Florida area manager.... We have been generational customers, and in trying to fix an issue, we were told that the District area manager had no time to speak to us, and that we were not important enough. They gave me my paperwork and someone else’s paperwork at this location. I hadn’t noticed until the girls working at an awesome Fort Collins, CO location pointed it out to me. This is a huge HIPPA violation.. I’m upset because this man now has my information as I have his. Very poorly operated business; not to mention I was charged for an eye visit and the doctor rushed through my visit because my eyes were “red” and marked me down as “not approved for contact lenses” because of this. Dr. Tran is a great doctor....very professional and explains things well. The exam is thorough and the equipment used is so much more advanced than the old fashioned equipment used at other places. The staff was super helpful in helping me find a great frame that fit my face well and is also fashionable and in style. I now have a great pair of Burberry glasses that I love to wear. I've been coming here for a few years and will continue to do so.
The employee was too serious, very dry and seemed unhappy. He gave poor customer service. Showroom is to expensive, felt like I was paying for all that. Glasses were over priced, I should have cancelled my order and gone somewhere else. Bad experience.
Everyone super nice! I was the first customer to use their brew retina machine that was pretty cool!

I was contacted by a supervisor explaining the way my contacts had to be ordered and I was given a price. I went in with the money I was told to bring, but then I was told in the office the amount changed to double! And then he had the decency to say he never told me the original amount bc he always spoke about the larger amount. All b*!!$!+ bc how is it that when I did the math in the office for the 6 month supply it gave me the amount I was told from the beginning.????? Don't understand how my prescription was up to me to do it, when I cannot see with my old glasses. I think I wasted nny time and appointment.
