RecommendedMagnificent & friendly staff. Clean office & every staff member cared by wearing their masks!! Austin is welcoming & got me checked in. Dr Nguyen is professional, intelligent & caring. Providing all the information I needed in regards to my vision issues. Ms. Monique helped me finalize things at the end, with the sweetest disposition. dont bother. ordered glasses thought they would be only a couple of days since the lab was in house. oh no! if you have bought the newest "blue light filter" they get sent out to a central lab. 10 days they told me (calendar not business) it's now day 14 and my glasses are still at the lab and have been in the finishing stage for the past 5 days. say there is nothing that they can do. maybe it will be shipped tonight, maybe not.
Frames are over priced and the coating placed on plastic lens make them difficult to clean. Advise not to use Windex, but apparently, it's the only solution that cleans my glasses with no streaks!!!
I was helped today by Clark and Mark. I called all over town to find a lab that could get me in a pair today with no luck. Any place that was open had no tech on duty in their lab. Not only did this location have a lab tech on duty...they had my glasses to go in about 40 minutes. Very professional and helpful. I will be back. Thank you so much!
