Came in with a problem with lenses in glasses I bought just shy of a year ago because I had her repair policy with them for $25. They’re going to replace the lenses in my glasses they do a nice job.
This was my first visit to LensCrafters in the Camp Hill Mall. The staff provided an excellent eye exam. Loved the new retinal scanning technology -- very quick, very easy. Highly accurate even without dilation! The negative was the wait times, and that wasn't too bad for a very busy Friday. My appointment started about 5 minutes (give or take) late. This has been my go to eye shop for years. Planning to return soon.
Excellent customer service-they had such patience with me when I was deciding both my glasses frame and my prescription lenses.
Service was fine. Clerk said an assaulting comment about my vision results. Not knowing if I had a stigmatism or not. Kelly stated that I was blind. I didn’t take that much offense to it but someone else might’ve. Not acceptable when working in a customer service place.
