The left nosepiece on my glasses came off, and the metal was digging into my skin. Andy, Team Lead, met me when I came in the door, and when I showed him the broken nosepiece on my glasses, he brought out a case full of the needed supplies. He quickly changed out both sides to make sure they sat correctly, and we had a very pleasant conversation. Since I am from VA, I truly appreciated the quickness and ease with which he handled my problem. Thank you Andy and Co!
I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience at this location during a comprehensive eye exam for myself and my daughter. First, the bait-and-switch pricing tactics regarding my lenses were completely unacceptable. I was initially quoted $60 for progressive lenses and agreed. I was then told they were not available and pushed to a $120 option. Once I agreed to the $120 option, they miraculously became unavailable too, and I was told I needed to pay $220.
