I came in Lenscrafters last year for an eye exam and also purchase a pair of the new Rayban smart glasses. I stood in the store for a good 8 mins before anyone even acknowledged me. It made me feel very uncomfortable being a black man in the store. When i finally received service, i was seen by a former co-worker at a previous job who was fired for repeated accuracy issues. I think her name was Amanda. It was the last hour of business, and she had a tremendous amount of patience and professionalism. The selection at their store beats anything at the mall. She went above and beyond to find the other color option of the glasses to order for me. After trying 4 other businesses, I’m so glad I went to this store. For over a month, I've been carrying around a coupon for LensCrafters that I found in my vision insurance portal. Finally in a last minute attempt to get glasses, I drove to the store on the evening the coupon would expire. They literally were closing in 20 minutes. But I was greeted warmly by Amanda, who provided excellent service without hesitation. Many thanks for your kindness!
