Frustrating customer service. Extremely long waits to even be helped. Kelly was very nice. The manager was not.
Friendly and knowledgeable
Both husband and I get our exams and glasses at this Lenscrafters and we are very happy with the Dr, she is very thorough and is very nice. We have never waited, and the technician who measures and finishes the order is very knowledgable and also sunny and friendly.
Maddie was excellent......
