I made an appointment and arrive 15 mins early as requested. The doctor scheduled to work, Doctor Evans, had not come to work. The receptionist called all the doctors who worked there including Dr Evans and none of them would agree to come work. All the while I am sitting awkwardly hearing her end of these conversations. This business is crooked. I had a appointment on 1/11/19 for a routine exam for new contact lenses. During my appointment Dr. Malcom R Hutchins LIC#AR2407 simply mentioned I should have a stye on my I looked at by another doctor and gave me a referral. At check-out I was charged and extra $222.69 because Dr. Malcom R Hutchins LIC#AR2407 added a "COMP. OPHTH SERVICE" to my bill stating he did an additional exam which he did not. I wish they had zero stars I walked in and said to one of the employees I would like to buy some sunglasses he said great I will be right back to get you the glasses after waiting for 30 minutes I left. I made an appointment later but was then told your not guaranteed you will get help. They need to step it up.
Bought my first glasses here, over a week ago. Was supposed to pick them up last Monday. Got a phone call that my glasses were sent to a different location, should be in by the end of the week. I called them on Friday... no one had a glue. Had to call back today, Saturday, to talk to the manager. Left me hanging for several minutes before I hung up. Nice that they have my money.... I’m not happy. Let’s see how this continues.
