I just left this location & when i say i was met with such disrespect & vulgar disregard to customer service that i have ever experienced in my entire life would be an understatement. My issue began with a incorrect quote on pricing and when the manager came to resolve the issue nothing of the sort was done. I was blatantly told “there’s nothing to be done” and i was to deal with the mishap. I told them i would call someone to assist in trying to get this matter resolved. I love blue....when I finished my exam and walked next door to look at glasses, they had a tray of 6 blue frames waiting for me to look at! Awesome service....friendly, personable and the doctor was very thorough. Been a customer for years!
I love it it allows me to enjoy the quality of life that I love so much
