My daughter who is a struggling new college student purchased a new pair of glasses with your company yes her eyesight is Bad but this is the worst pair of glasses she has had in her whole life. She paid for their extra polycarbonate the extra No glare. Yes whatever Insurance was unable to cover my daughter paid the extra. I went to this Lenscrafters in search of my daughter's first set of glasses (neither me nor my husband wear glasses). We were the only customers in the store and the 3 person sales staff was completely unhelpful and rude.
This store is the WORST I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After returning a pair of sunglasses THREE times because they were not what I ordered, I requested a refund. After battling with ignorant managers and staff for two weeks, I finally received a full refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE as they are rude and do not know anything about the services and products they offer. One staffer told me I could BEND the frames to fit my face and they were not wire frames.....
