wish I had read reviews first – I feel compelled to write this review because of how horrible the customer service is in this location. I came here for an exam a month before my wedding to get contacts & glasses. They take my insurance. The eye exam was good, no better or worse than other eye doctors I have been to. The two nurses were extremely nice & helpful. They mailed the contacts right to my house for free! The eyeglass part was a disaster. There was one person working at 5;15pm on a Wednesday night! Lenscrafters = Wallethackers – This may be the worst service that I have ever seen. I just want to get a pair of glasses. I got an exam for contacts here a few months ago and the two ladies were so helpful and nice. I went to the front desk to get my prescription but no one helped me. I waited awhile and went to the other a desk. I told him I wanted my prescription and the guy tried to talk me into the doctor checking my eyes again. It wasnt even a year yet.
