nscrafters needs to hire someone who can process thoughts. Lenscrafters called this morning saying Al's lens were in. I replied," Oh, good, he will come after work." Employee says fine. Al goes into Lenscrafters after work. His lens are there. However, they can not put them in his frames. Why, you ask? Their lab closes at 5PM. Technician who fits lens into frames is gone.
