RecommendedI have hilariously deadbad health insurance. These people seem to try to save me money whenever possible.... one time when the dog ate my glasses, they fixed them with a big box of parts, and didn't even charge me anything! This place is a keeper!
They let people walk without being sure they can put contacts in
Lenscrafters at Holyoke mall has the very worst service ever. I went there twice and both times I received the same bad service. I was ignored and two black guys walked in the store and they got everyones attention. These two guys had two ladies and two guys watching them. They all stopped helping their customers to watch these two guys. Listen Lenscrafters at Holyoke mall staff, provide a quality customer service everyday and you will not have to watch people for shoplifting.
My wife & I walked in to get a new set of glasses and the place did seemed to be busy. After choosing the new set of glasses I asked a lady for assistance. She said that in a few minutes she would help me since She was not helping anyone. Another customer walked in with her daugther and the sales person greeted and continued to help her. The staff here was absolutely amazing!! I came in with my 16 yr old son in an emergency looking to get a pair of replacement contacts because my son lost his during a basketball tournament. Not only did they give him replacements but they called our lenscrafters in Warwick to get his prescription when they weren't receiving the fax for the info. Thank you soooooo much for helping us... especially Joel!!
No one helped me and I was in the store for thirty minutes
This place was awesome! Wasn't expecting to get my glasses the same day as my eye exam! Super fast and friendly and very helpful! Totally recommend!
