RecommendedI have been going to Lens Crafters for many years. The staff is always professional and very helpful when trying to select a frame that goes with ones personality and style.
Went there today for my daughter's appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. Got called back soon after and they did a paper eye chart and just had her read the first line she could see with both eyes open, with one eye closed, then the other eye. She reads the same line, gets the 2nd letter wrong each time, the girl doesn't say anything like maybe try the one above or below, I'm just sitting there like, how do they know these kids aren't just repeating? its been n over 3 months and still haven't received my glasses, I was told they had to re,order and they would be on within a week its been two weeks no one has called to let me know whats going on.. customer service is a 0 never ever will i use lenscrafters again
I went and got my eyes checked on November 8th, and I have yet to get my contacts. Every time I call I get one excuse after another. I need my contacts & I have asked to just give me a pair of my old prescription until they can get the new ones in, but have been ignored. I’m awaiting a call from the manager, but I have little to no confidence that I will receive a return call.

Have only had pleasant experiences here. Initially helped by Jamie and she was wonderful. The optometrist helped solve a specific work related issue. Everyone on the floor was very helpful and personable. I greatly appreciate it!
