Great customer service.
The service here is horrible. I am sitting in the store now at 2:33pm despite setting up a 1pm appointment here more than 2 weeks ago. The staff doesn't offer any updates on delays and just make you sit and wait, like your time isn't valuable. I will never come to this location ever again and if you value your time, you wouldn't either.
The manager is stellar and very courteous and helpful.
This place is a joke. Come here if you want your glasses in 2 weeks. But why pay a premium for 2 weeks. Go to your neighborhood glasses place. Waste of money. Waste of time.
