Literally had the RUDEST experience here. I’ve been going to Len’s crafters for years, and I’ve never been treated in this manner. Well firstly, I made an eye appointment online for 10/4, couldn’t make that so I rescheduled for 10/18. Unfortunately, I had to cancel that, and I decided to not book again until I was able to find an actual appointment time that’s feasible for me. Had an appointment at 4:30 and 5:00. Cancelled the 4:30 and kept the 5:00. Drove from Fairfield County for them to say that my appointment was cancelled. No notification or anything. Associates were very unhelpful. Do not, I repeat DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!
