This store is terrific! My wife and I both bought glasses here after being dissatisfied with the quality of the glasses we were buying from another nearby optics store. We got JEAN as our optician. She was wonderful. Very professional, yet with a lovely personal touch. We are both quite happy. We both chose the same frames! I recommend this store and especially JEAN.
Didn’t tell me they were ready, was supposed to be delivered to Columbiana Mall, I call there , they knew nothing about. Them, until she looked in the drawer, no note , nothing so one star on both stores. I will maybe pick up or return
I went with my girlfriend and we had a really great experience. Janie was the person in charge of us and she did an incredible job, was very patient, helpful and kind.
