After being in an auto accident in which glasses were damaged and then lost while being evacuated out of vehicle by fire department, Lenscrafters states they cannot honor warranty to replace because I don't have the glasses to prove they were damaged. But my face and vehicle tell another story. Wendy, the manager, referred me to corporate, without even providing a phone number, and the customer service there was no more helpful. This company seriously needs to make exceptions for extenuating circumstances.

While they may seem a bit expensive, the service and quality are worth it. I've been to a few of the '2-for-1' places over the years and the prices I wound up paying for their so called deals was actually less than you'd pay for a single pair at Lenscrafters. Add the fct that you might even have to wait a week or two for your Rx to come in at the bargain places and you'll find that you can't beat Lenscrafters for quickness.
