The wait is horrible. Walmart optical is waaayyyy better, but they don’t take my insurance. I have spent about 45 min to an hour just waiting and the workers are just talking and messing around like there aren’t people waiting. Literally they spend more time trying to sell glasses and talking about their life stories than an actual optometrist appointment takes.
Ashley and David were very helpful, they were able to get my exam and glasses done within 2 hours time, and kept it in my price range!
Okay, what mess I have to go through, somehow all my records for the past twenty years have mysteriously disappeared… how funny and disturbing can that be. I called the local store when I bought glasses last year, no record, then I called the headquarters, "No records," then asked for a manager and got a recording… Someone purposefully has deleted my records, because in LensCrafters words, they cannot just disappear.
