This has been the worst experience ever. I will never recommend lenscrafters to anyone, it has taken over a month and still don’t have my eyewear. After numerous phone calls that I made to LensCrafters, they inform me my order was cancelled a week prior. They weren’t sure why! Such a screwed up place, management didn’t have any idea what was going on or how to find out. It is impossible to run a business this way. Still have not received my eyewear or my REFUND!!! Incompetent at best!
Service during pickup very poor. Lenses were supposed to be ready in 1 hour. No intimation of them being ready for over two hours even though the frames were ready!
I've been going to this location for years now, and I'm always super happy with the selection & service.
I had an exam at LensCrafters and then went to another play to purchase my glasses. It was a nightmare. Ended up returning the glasses (couldn't get the prescription right). Returned to LensCrafters who got it just right and were very helpful in selecting the frames and fitting me to the right one.
Fast, friendly same-day service. I can always count on them to have a variety of stylish frames to choose from.
Easy place to get frames and lenses with a script from outside Doctor. I have been lucky with having my glasses made here.
Great experience getting glasses for my son. The staff was helpful and very patient. The optometrist was took her time and made my son feel very comfortable. Glasses were completed very quickly.
I have been there a couple times.. first don't plan on one hour glasses it's a lie. I've always gotten great eye doctors at the Roseville location. But our wait for our glasses is crazy. Today we were told "2 more hours" 3 times to the point of them now sending my husband's glasses to us because they messed them up twice today.. I don't think we'll be back again after today's awful experience. Here's a tip if you mess up someone's glasses and they've been waiting 5 hours for them you fix it then and there asap.
