I came to LensCrafters 2 days ago and had the best service experience starting from my eye exam to the selection of my glasses I was guided with great experience and comfort. Colleen dieu and Katherine assisted me during my visit and I really appreciate their great service. I’ll always show up for my future eye care needs.

i went there about 3 years ago so it was time for new glasses. everyone was so nice and kind. i picked out a new pair yesterday they were perfect i love my new glasses.
The first time I went to the store was to purchase some sunglasses that are covered by my insurance policy I needed them as I drive to the bay area often for work. The young lady was beyond rude and refused to help me when I asked my boyfriend for his opinion on the glasses. No problem I'll she did was lose the sale I bought me a pair of glasses at Macy's.
