Had a normal eye exam for contacts like I always do at the first of the year. First the doctor forced me to get a $40 test that I did not want which i don’t agree with but fine. Explained to the doctor that I have no issue with my current script and am currently happy. He decided to reduce the power for one eye, I again said I have no issues the way it is. So extremely angry!!! My husband woke up with something in his eye and is in pain. I called to make an appointment for the St. Peter’s location and made one. I was also told if he needs,he can come in earlier and they’ll get him in. He came in at his appointment time and was told there is a 2 hour wait. WHAT?!?!?! What’s the point of an appointment time? AND he is in pain and has to wait 2 hours to be seen is just not right. I’m so angry that now my husband who is in pain has to wait until tomorrow to be seen by a doctor!!!!... read more

I would be willing to go around without glasses before I ever went back to LensCrafters at 4 seasons town center. Not only did Bryant, the manager, mess up my glasses, but then he lied to me saying the reason I had absolutely no peripheral vision whatsoever was because of my prescription. I called my ophthalmologist and he said that was a blatant lie! My wife & I walked in to get a new set of glasses and the place did seemed to be busy. After choosing the new set of glasses I asked a lady for assistance. She said that in a few minutes she would help me since She was not helping anyone. Another customer walked in with her daugther and the sales person greeted and continued to help her. U came in to get my glasses repaired. Ones I got from lenscrafters. I was told repairs are NOT a priority. That new glasses were. I need my glasses to see. To me it is a priority.
