We stopped at LensCrafters in the fashion show Mall at 5:25 and they wouldn’t serve us be cause they said they where closed! I saw the lady tell the other agent something and as soon as My husband walked in they told him it was closed. When he came out he was question himself the why. I checked the time. It was way before closing 5:25 and closing is at 6. Laziness or what was the reason? we will never be back.

All went exceptionally well. Staff and doctor were friendly and informative.
Receptionist /biller, rude as all can be. They messed up my insurance. They charged my husbands insurance for glasses and myself for the exam. My husband has never been seen here. I called to get it situated out and was called a liar and then hung up on by the woman on the phone. Hopefully the office manager can call me to get this straightened out. And that woman gets reprimanded!
I was really pleasantly surprised by this Lenscrafters. I wanted new glasses but my prescription was expired so they fit me in right then for an eye exam with Dr. Arcemont who was GREAT...really thorough and friendly. She answered all my questions and didn't make me feel stupid like my last eye doctor did. Then Jessie in Lenscrafters was really nice and helped me find new frames which was hard because there were so many cute ones to choose from...he was really patient with me. They have a great selection of designer frames!!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! I was concerned with the old reviews but a friend told me about her great experience. I am glad I went! They took great care of me. I am going back for sunglasses!
I had to go in THREE TIMES for the doctor to get my vision right. The first time, she demanded I get toric lenses, although my astigmatism was so tiny, those lenses made my vision completely worse. I was forced to leave with the torics, and "Try them out". After not being able to drive or see straight for 24 hours, I returned again, only to have the doctor give me attitude. She THEN told me that my vision was the same in both eyes, and shoved two -4.00 lenses at me and told me I had to order 6 months of boxes from them right... read more
Poor quality lenses at a very high price. After just a few months, they get scratched and cracked even with such care taken. The managers Monica and Jennifer are condesending, arrogant and only nice to you when you purchase glasses from them, otherwise they always try to dismiss you. I brought my glasses in for an adjustment, Ann the staff there scratched one of the lenses and I did not find out until after I left the store about 10 minutes later.
