Worst day of my life decided to train new guy on my 2 kids and me 3 1/2 hours later ugh never again wanted to charge me $168 to put the cheapest lens in my glasses my second pair
My husband was a walk in. They said it would be 30 minutes before he would be seen. Well it was one hour and forty five minutes. Then one hour and fifteen minutes after that. The staff was well versed and very nice. But it was a Saturday and very busy. They should have had more examiners on duty that day. I will definitely make an appointment next time. Like I said very friendly and helpful staff. Melanie Simpson
Standing around for 25 minutes, waiting around for nobody to assist me is not an ideal experience. Maybe I'll have better luck at another location.
