The Concord Mills location will hold on to your PD numbers just so the glasses can be bought through them. White guy at the counter lied saying my order was no longer there that it erases after 30 days. Strongly doubt the truth behind that statement. (I’m sure if I said I was ready to buy them the order would magically be there)If that is the case then the sales rep should have stated that, she definitely didn’t state I had 30 days to come back to pay for for a $400+ prescription. Alisha repaired my son's glasses in less than five minutes and she was so friendly!
This would’ve been a 5 star, had it not been for my recent phone exchange with the Optician. I called to ask a simple question of when there would be someone there so I can pick up my glasses order. The optician was very unprofessional and rude. She cut me off mid sentence twice in an attempt to hurry me off the phone before I could finish asking my question. The eye exam and picking out frames were a breeze and everyone was super nice and helpful otherwise.
