I visited this location on February 21, 2020, and was treated with bias and condescension by Diana Young, the Store Market Manager. Though LensCrafters's website states that Blue Cross Blue Shield and Premera Blue Cross are accepted in store (https://www.lenscrafters.com/lc-us/insurance-plans…), Diana was abrupt towards me, and stated that she had never heard of Premera Blue Cross.
